General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

You may already be aware that on the 25th May 2018 the new data protection legislation, GDPR will be coming into force.

At Promatic, we work as a team to ensure all customer, supplier and employee data is kept secure and up to date. As a business, privacy and security of data is taken very seriously.

GDPR and Promatic Marketing:

If you currently receive our quarterly postal newsletter, you may have noticed that on the back page we have stated that any customers wishing to unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter can do so by either emailing rachelblackwood@promatic.co.uk or calling 0151 327 2220.

Occasionally we send out marketing campaigns with new products, news or updates. The recipients on our mailing list have all opted-in to hearing from us via our website by either ticking the box to be added to our newsletter or filling out the “Need Advice” form. 

We will not share your data with any third party organisations and we will only communicate with you in respect of relevant business information and information in relation to special offers and our services. 

Over the next couple of weeks, the recipients on our mailing list will receive an email from us regarding the GDPR and we’ll be asking you to either “stay subscribed” or opt out if you wish.
