2006 has seen a massive investment across the Promatic Group.
- Production capacity is now over 750 machines per month using Just-in-Time techniques to give rapid response to customer requirements;
- Quality Plus production and testing methods using Cell based teams and co-ordinated component buying have further enhanced our already industry leading Quality Standards. Quality Plus is based directly on our experience in and knowledge of Aerospace, Petrochemical and Automotive Engineering techniques.
- As a direct result of Quality Plus we have increased our Warranty period to 3 Years with a low cost Option to increase this to 6 Years.
- Outside of the group our sister company has introduced new CNC machinery to meet Promatic demand;
- Research & Development investment has yeilded over 10 new traps in the last 12 months including the innovative Ranger Chondel, Huntsman and the Double Teal Super Sporter;
- The investment in Research & Development means that we can provide customers with a custom build one-off design and production service.
- Powerful SAP software has been implemented group wide giving us enhanced control of over 2,000 stock lines;
- Same Day Parts service is now available as a direct result of SAP;
- Additional Sales and Service Staff have been recruited allowing us to provide you with on-site demonstartions of our products including the Huntsman.
Overall this investment has raised our customer service levels even higher and has allowed us to further enhance our product range.
