Promatic have announced their new Sporting Doubles Thrower as part of their class leading Super Sporter range. The Sporting Double launches two clays simultaneously, one above the other mere inches apart, at any angle from zero to +/- thirty degrees.
Available in Standard, Oscillating/DTL and Wobble/ABT formats the thrower offers shooters and grounds a whole new challenge. The key to this radically different design lies in a number of newly developed technologies been brought together using the proven Super Sporter platform to ensure 100% reliability. The technologies include:
· Pro-Time, a timing system that accurately and consistently place two targets on independent twinned throwing plates in under 2 seconds.
· The use of aero-alloys and high grade ventilated stainless steel to create a light, but strong, throwing mechanism capable of coping with todays harsh bio- clays.
· Pro-Change, an adjustable back rail system that allows you to micro adjust the target separation from zero degrees to plus/minus thirty degrees in seconds.
· Upgraded Spring, Motor and Gearbox systems so that 2 clays can be thrown over 90 yards and single clays over 100 yards.
· Dynamic Lead, by utilising different materials in the throwing mechanism one clay accelerates slightly quicker than the other giving a subtle change in speed particularly noticeable on crossing targets.
· Sealed for life one way bearing for better distance, smoother action and almost zero vibration. This totally eliminates the need for friction dampening.
· Dual knife edge clay separation plus clay retention systems allow the machine to be leant back to a 65 degree double teal whilst the tilt base allows curling pairs to be thrown.
· Fill and Forget 600 clay capacity for Towers (optional) or 400 clay capacity as standard.
· Rapid Change selectable singles or doubles switching which can be radio remote controlled.

Promatic Group are delighted to announce that they have acquired Claymate Trap Controllers, the World Leader in electronic trap control and clay counter systems.

Promatic have just released the Pro-Delay cable a Plug & Play system which gives any of our traps a 2.5 second delay capability. Simply plug the cable into the trap and then attach a standard release cable, foot release or radio release. The Pro-Delay gives you:

- press up to 5 times to get a sequence of following birds. Ideal for a following pair or a mini-flurry when shooting with a friend.

The Pro-Delay has been been produced in conjunction with Claymate and uses proven technology to overcome an old problem - relasing the target when shooting solo. The new Wobble base for the Superhawk has just been launched in the UK and it is retro fittable to all Super Hawks, Hawks and Colts.

It uses a totally new wobble system designed inhouse by Promatics development team based on our commercial wobble traps. Utilising high power motors it allows for very rapid wide angle Wobble movement but with a very smooth motion so the target presentation is wonderful.
